PAYMENT TERMS

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are required to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Payment obligations remain enforceable regardless of usage, participation, or satisfaction.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Suspension or termination of access
Removal from active engagements
Restriction from future services until the account is brought into good standing

These materials are licensed for individual use only and may not be:

Shared
Reproduced
Distributed
Published
Taught
Reverse engineered
Uploaded to public or private AI systems
Used to train, inform, or enhance any AI model or dataset

without prior written authorization from Innovate Genius Holdings, LLC.

Unauthorized use or distribution would cause material harm that is difficult to measure or quantify.

As a result, any violation of this provision will result in:

Immediate termination of access and services for breach of contract
A $15,000 fee per individual infraction
Additional legal remedies as permitted under applicable law

These terms are governed by and enforced under the laws of the State of Nevada.
